The advisory program provides each student with academic, social, and emotional support through relationships with an adult mentor and their peers in a small group. Each student is assigned to one faculty advisor. The student’s advisor is their “go-to” person when he or she needs help with academics, social relationships, goals, discipline or when they just need someone to listen.
Students meet in their advisory groups once per week. In a small group setting, students learn to be generous in the way they listen, kind in the way they respond to one another, and courageous in how they share their concerns.
