All Students and faculty gather three times a week for communal worship. Chapel services center our busy week and create a space for some combination of reflection, singing, sharing, stillness, listening, and prayer. Chapel services are grounded in the Episcopal tradition, relying heavily on the resources of the Book of Common Prayer, the Bible, and the Episcopal Hymnal. At the same time, students are encouraged to be authentic and remain faithful to their own traditions. The conversations that come from sharing our traditions and questions about faith are one of the hallmarks of ESLA culture and an important part of preparing students for public service in a multi-religious world. Chapel services are organized and led by the ESLA Student Vestry and the school’s Chaplains.

Please, join us for Chapel on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 AM. We look forward to having you.
